About Us

The Gulf County Education Association is the bargaining agent for the teachers and support personnel in Gulf County. We are a membership organization; you must join and pay dues to become a member. The bargaining in Gulf County is a collaborative process where solutions are created to address the issues that face our members. The Association creates proposals and bargains the terms and conditions of employment.
